How long are the mandates?

The term of our mandates is of twelve (12) months and is renewable at the end of that period, unless advised in advance with a three (3) month notice. Our fees are indexed to the cost of living. Mandates can be terminated unilaterally prior to the end of the agreed period by paying a penalty fee equal to three (3) months remuneration.

Insurance of your Manager and your Subcontractors

Note that the majority of the insurance companies exclude from your protections the manager and the companies which you employ.

However and for your information, we have an insurance coverage for professional responsibility for errors and omissions of $ 1 000 000 per disaster; responsibility insurance which we have been able to guarantee to you for more than 20 years thanks to our management diligence and to the professional titles of our employees.

Also note that it's of your responsibility to ensure that the subcontractors working for your co-ownership are covered by an insurance policy for professional liability. In addition, at your advantage, be informed that we demand an insurance liability of at least $ 1 000 000 from all the subcontractors referred in our files and working on your premise.
