Propri-Gestion Inc. is held by the Holding of the Royer family (95%) and the personnel of the company.

To avoid conflicts of interest, Propri-Gestion Inc. works only for non-related clients and does not own any properties. It has been active for twenty-five years and no institution or large company appears among its shareholders. Over a ten year period, the Montreal business magazine LES AFFAIRES has consistently ranked us among the top five property management groups in Quebec.

In the "Services" section you will see that Propri-Gestion Inc. can handle all aspects in the management of a co-ownership: condo-fee collection, payment of expenses, the accounting, search and supervision of sub-contractors and employees, calling and conducting general meetings and management of litigations, and in a general way, handling all the tasks which are necessary to a healthy management.

Our priorities are to negotiate the contracts as well as possible in your interests, and to act quickly in the event of urgency. The importance of our personnel and the volume of our purchases contribute to it. Our ultimate goal is to offer a first quality service at a fair price.

Our accounting and administrative tools allow us to offer a rigorous administrative organization. Upon request, we offer reports such as balance sheets, monthly and/or quarterly result statements, and comparisons between adopted budgets and the actual expenses, contingency funds statements, accounts receivable and other accounting documents are readily available to our customers. Finally, our Professional Insurance coverage for errors and omissions, offers an additional security and peace of mind for our clients.
